Lauren Ash-Morgan is Founding Co-Artistic Director for the new theatre company Speech of Fire and served as the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company (SSC) from 2014 to 2019 having been an actor as well as a board member of SSC from 2011. Also, she was the producer, costume/set designer, composer/musician and text coach for SSC while she served as its Artistic Director. In her final year, she was a lighting designer and director in SSC's production of King Lear. She had directed from the ensemble but in this last year made her directorial debut.
